mcilwain	bec7a91cfc	Allow choice of Keyring to be configured in YAML This uses a Dagger-provided map of Keyring implementations, with two currently available, "KMS" and "Dummy". This uses a Dagger-provided map of Keyring implementations, with two currently available,
