mcilwain	bec7a91cfc	Allow choice of Keyring to be configured in YAML ... This uses a Dagger-provided map of Keyring implementations, with two currently available, "KMS" and "Dummy". guyben	ab515cb352	Replace KeystoreKeyring with KmsKeystore comparison ... Replace KeystoreKeyring with ComparatorKeyring between KeystoreKeyring and KmsKeystore.
