Refactor StatusEffectContainer to better handle messages using

CommandResultContainer.

Alter Modifiers to be the same as ParamNames.

Add LoseOnClassChange flag for status effects.

Add a few missing status effects.

Fix EndTime for stance status effects to stop icon from blinking.
