On Unix:
imapsync --host1 imap.d1.org --user1 joe --password1 secret1 \
         --host2 imap.d2.org --user2 joe --password2 secret2 \
         --sep1 "/" --prefix1 "" --useheader Message-Id --noabletosearch1 \
	 --regextrans2 "s,Deleted Items,Trash," \
	 --regextrans2 "s,Junk E-Mail,Junk," \
         --regextrans2 "s,Sent Items,Sent," 

On Windows:
imapsync.exe --host1 imap.d1.org --user1 joe --password1 secret1 ^
         --host2 imap.d2.org --user2 joe --password2 secret2  ^
         --sep1 "/" --prefix1 "" --useheader Message-Id --noabletosearch1 ^
         --regextrans2 "s,Deleted Items,Trash,"  ^
	 --regextrans2 "s,Junk E-Mail,Junk,"    ^
	 --regextrans2 "s,Sent Items,Sent,"

Maybe add other --regextrans2 to change folder names, for this
