mmuller fc5546ad58 Add latest oauth/{java6,jetty} and fix repo procedure ... Upgrade to the latest versions of omit_com_google_oauth_client_java6 and omit_com_google_oauth_client_jetty and fix the broken stuff in our local mirroring procedures.
