This code was never finished or fully working anyway. It would require substantial reworking for the Registry 3.0 migration because it's closely tied to the Datastore model and App Engine MapReduce framework, both of which will be going away. We can bring back some of these deleted test files as necessary if/when we rewrite RDE import for the new schema.
