weiminyu 00d0284d5b Add nebula-lint plugin to Gradle scripts ... Updated the project config so that the plugin can work. Reverted to the deprecated compile/testCompile labels so that the plugin can work. This plugin provides valuable checks that we do not want to give up. Added undeclared-dependency check.
