mcilwain 32b236e940 Delete the unsafe DeleteEppResourceCommand ... It was somewhat unsafe to run because it bypassed some of the checks that are usually run when attempting to delete EPP resources. The DeleteDomainCommand is a recommended replacement that uses SOY templates to delete a domain using EPP.
