e2528875b2 Merge DomainResource into DomainBase
This eliminates the use of Objectify polymorphism for EPP resources entirely
(yay!), which makes the Registry 3.0 database migration easier.

It is unfortunate that the naming parallelism of EppResources is lost between
ContactResource, HostResource, and DomainResource, but the actual type as far as
Datastore was concerned was DomainBase all along, and it would be a much more
substantial data migration to allow us to continue using the class name
DomainResource now that we're no longer using Objectify polymorphism. This
simply isn't worth it.

This also removes the polymorphic Datastore indexes (which will no longer
function as of this change). The non-polymorphic replacement indexes were added
in []

898448b8a0 Reverse dependency between /flows/ and /batch/
Certain flows need to launch batched jobs. Logically this would mean that flows
depend on batch.

However, the current state of dependency was the other way around, and the
reason for that was ResourceFlowUtils.java that had in it some utility
functions that weren't used in the flows and were needed in the batch jobs.

This CL removes these utility functions from the /flows/ directory, letting us
reverse the dependency edge between flows/ and batch/

Part of this was moving the flows/async/ code into batch/ - which also makes sense because flows/async/ just "enqueued" tasks that would then be run by actions in batch/

It makes sense that the code that enqueues the tasks and the code that dequeues the tasks sit in the same library.

4491b7b909 Make loadByForeignKey() and related methods return Optional
This is safer and addresses a common source of confusion in the codebase because it's always explicit that the resource returned may not be present, whether because it's soft-deleted when projected to the given time or because it never existed in the first place.

In production code, the presence of the returned value is always checked. In test code, its presence is assumed using .get() where that is expected and convenient, as it not being present will throw an NPE that will cause the test to fail anyway.

Note that the roughly equivalent reloadResourceByForeignKey(), which is widely used in test code, is not having this same treatment applied to it. That is out of the scope of this CL, and has much smaller returns anyway because it's only used in tests (where the unexpected absence of a given resource would just cause the test to fail).

6e74ba0587 Wrap ModulesService in new AppEngineServiceUtils
ModulesService does not provide a great API. Specifically, it doesn't have a
way to get the hostname for a specific service; you have to get the hostname for
a specific version as well. This is very rarely what we want, as we publish new
versions every week and don't expect old ones to hang around for very long, so
a task should execute against whatever the live version is, not whatever the
current version was back when the task was enqueued (especially because that
version might be deleted by now).

This new and improved wrapper API removes the confusion and plays better with
dependency injection to boot. We can also fold in other methods having to do
with App Engine services, whereas ModulesService was quite limited in scope.

This also has the side effect of fixing ResaveEntityAction, which is
currently broken because the tasks it's enqueuing to execute up to 30 days in
the future have the version hard-coded into the hostname, and we typically
delete old versions sooner than that.

ded40851d3 Use locking on async mapreduces
This ensures that only one will run at a time, which should help fix the
clogged up mapreduces we've seen on sandbox.

In order to do this, the UnlockerOutput is introduced. This unlocks the
given Lock after all reducer shards have finished.

Also increases the lease duration of the DNS refresh action from 20 to
240 minutes. 20 minutes isn't long enough; when there's a lot of domains
and decent system load the mapreduce could take longer than that in the
ordinary case.

TESTED=Deployed to alpha and verified that more than one copy of the
mapreduce wouldn't run simultaneously, and also that the lock is
released when the mapreduce is finished.

6f2e663b72 Add asynchronous scheduled actions to re-save entities
This is used in the domain transfer and delete flows, both of which are
asynchronous flows that have implicit default actions that will be taken at some
point in the future. This CL adds scheduled re-saves to take place soon after
those default actions would become effective, so that they can be re-saved
quickly if so.

Unfortunately the redemption grace period on our TLDs is 35 days, which exceeds
the 30 day maximum task ETA in App Engine, so these won't actually fire. That's
fine though; the deletion is actually effective as of 5 days, and this is just
removing the grace period.

33505f4df7 Make async flow logic handle missing client transaction IDs
Per EPP RFC 5730, the <clTRID> element is optional. However, we weren't handling
it not being specified in asynchronous contact/host deletions because we were
adding it directly as a parameter value on a task, which does not allow null and
thus threw a NullPointerException.

This fixes handling for nulls (the parameter isn't set at all) and adds a test.

03c782f38e Replace ExceptionRule with ExpectedException
This is in preparation for running the automatic refactoring script that
will replace all ExpectedExceptions with use of JUnit 4.13's assertThrows/
expectThrows.

Note that I have recorded the callsites of assertions about EppExceptions
being marshallable and will edit those specific assertions back in after
running the automatic refactoring script (which do not understand these).

c0f8da0c6e Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals
This was a surprisingly involved change. Some of the difficulties included
java.util.Optional purposely not being Serializable (so I had to move a
few Optionals in mapreduce classes to @Nullable) and having to add the Truth
Java8 extension library for assertion support.

7e68ffa16a Change transfer flow tests to assert on entire TransferData contents
This CL changes the domain and contact transfer flows to check the entire
TransferData on the post-transfer resource, rather than just spot-checking
certain fields. This approach provides much better code coverage - in
particular, it checks that the non-request flows (approve, cancel, reject)
don't modify the fields that they shouldn't be modifying, and that they do
actually clear out the transfer server-approve entities fields written by
the transfer request flow. It's slightly orthogonal, but I also added
testing that the server-approve entities fields are actually set in the
request flows, which was previously untested.

This is pre-work for introducing an exDate-storing field into TransferData,
by making it easier to test everywhere that exDate is set *and* unset only
in the correct places.

As part of this CL, I've introduced a TransferData.copyConstantFieldsToBuilder()
method that is like asBuilder() but instead of copying all the fields to the new
builder, it only copies the logically constant ones: losing/gaining client IDs,
the request time and TRID, and transferPeriod. This is useful both in tests but
is also used in the resolvingPendingTransfer() helper that centralizes the core
transfer resolution logic (as of [] That method has its own tests,
and in the process I removed a bunch of crufty defunct TransferData tests.

bb67841884 Add metrics for async batch operation processing
We want to know how long it's actually taking to process asynchronous
contact/host deletions and DNS refreshes on host renames. This adds
instrumentation. Five metrics are recorded as follows:

* An incrementable metric for each async task processed (split out by
  type of task and result).
* Two event metrics for processing time between when a task is enqueued
and when it is processed -- tracked separately for contact/host
deletion and DNS refresh on host rename.
* Two event metrics for batch size every time the two mapreduces are
run (this is usually 0). Tracked separately for contact/host deletion
and DNS refresh on host rename.

5047d568de Notify registrars of async contact/host deletions
We now send PendingActionNotificationResponses in our poll messages upon completion of an asynchronous contact or host deletion. This is part 1 of 2, which begins logging Trid in all enqueued Host/Contact deletion flows for use in batch deletions, and optionally consuming the resultant Trid info to emit a Host/ContactPendingActionNotifcationResponse.

Part 2 will make this response emission non-optional, which will happen once the queue is cleared of all non-Trid containing tasks.

669c3dc975 Move the async [] classes out of the flows package
We should be able to remove the dependency on the App Engine [] library from the frontend service, since no []s actually run there. In order to do this, we need to remove the various []-reliant classes from the frontend service build. This CL begins the process by moving the two async "flows" to a different package which is not included in the frontend service.
