Update to Truth 0.45, and address deprecations.
Renames may include:
- containsAllOf => containsAtLeast
- containsAllIn => containsAtLeastElementsIn
- isSameAs => isSameInstanceAs
- isOrdered => isInOrder
- isStrictlyOrdered => isInStrictOrder
The other major change is to change custom subjects to extend raw Subject instead of supplying type parameters. The type parameters are being removed from Subject. This CL will temporarily produce rawtypes warnings, which will go away when I remove the type parameters (as soon as this batch of CLs is submitted).
Some CLs in this batch also migrate calls away from actualAsString(). Its literal replacement is `"<" + actual + ">"` (unless an object overrides actualCustomStringRepresentation()), but usually I've made a larger change, such as switching from an old-style "Not true that..." failure message to one generated with the Fact API. In that case, the new code usually contains a direct reference to this.actual (a field that I occasionally had to create). Another larger change I sometimes made is to switch from a manual check-and-fail approach to instead use check(...). And sometimes I just remove a withMessage() call that's no longer necessary now that the code uses check(...), or I introduce a check(...) call. (An assertion made with check(...) automatically includes the actual value from the original subject, so there's no need to set it again with withMessage().)
Finally, there's one CL in this batch in which I migrate a Correspondence subclass to instead use Correspondence.from.

Many registry tools tests modify system properties but do not
restore them to original state. These tests must be isolated
from each other and cannot share the same test execution process.
This has a huge impact on test performance under Gradle, which
seems to have higher process startup overhead. Current Gradle
test config has to set 'forEvery' to 1, i.e., every test class
must be run in a freshly started process.
This change significantly reduces the number of tests that need
isolation, making it easier to optimize test config for the
remaining tests.

This was a surprisingly involved change. Some of the difficulties included
java.util.Optional purposely not being Serializable (so I had to move a
few Optionals in mapreduce classes to @Nullable) and having to add the Truth
Java8 extension library for assertion support.

This improves the tests by:
1) Adding tests for alphabetical ordering of the command maps, to keep them
organized, and fixing existing mis-orderings. Note that this is a no-op
test for RegistryTool since it uses ImmutableSortedMap (to resort the
commands after inserting GtechTool.COMMAND_MAP), but it'll be relevant
in the upcoming CL when they get merged. I changed GtechTool.COMMAND_MAP
to use regular ImmutableMap.
2) Checking that RegistryTool.COMMAND_MAP (the full map, after the existing
GtechTool.COMMAND_MAP has been merged in) contains the exact same set of
commands as all the concrete classes implementing Command that we can find.
This is a stronger test than what we had before, which just checked that
every Command class appeared in RegistryTool (i.e. that RegistryTool's
commands are a superset of all Commands found). You'd think that it'd be
impossible for RegistryTool to contain commands that aren't in the set of
Commands we found, but it is if we're not searching for commands properly,
which we weren't (we were only checking within the .tools package and not
within any subpackages (e.g. tools.javascrap). This has now been fixed.

The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that
ownership flows from the DNS system. Since we own the domain name
registry.google, it seems only appropriate that we should use
google.registry as our package name.
This change renames directories in preparation for the great package
rename. The repository is now in a broken state because the code
itself hasn't been updated. However this should ensure that git
correctly preserves history for each file.
