mcilwain	c0f8da0c6e	Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals ... This was a surprisingly involved change. jianglai	d7e2009ddf	Add billing account map to Registrar entity ... A CurrencyUnit-to-BillingAccountEntry map is persisted in the Registrar entity.
