mcilwain	e2528875b2	Merge DomainResource into DomainBase ... This eliminates the use of Objectify polymorphism for EPP resources entirely (yay!), which makes the Registry 3.0 database migration easier. It is unfortunate that the naming parallelism of EppResources is lost between ContactResource, HostResource, and DomainResource, but the actual type as far as Datastore was concerned was DomainBase all along, and it would be a much more substantial data migration to allow us to continue using the class name DomainResource now that we're no longer using Objectify polymorphism. This simply isn't worth it. This also removes the polymorphic Datastore indexes (which will no longer function as of this change). jianglai	9ab68613a0	Replace FailureStrategy with FailureMetadata in gtld's Subjects ... Also changed truth.SubjectFactory to truth.Subject.Factory (plain renaming) and use method reference instead of anonymous class to create the factory when applicable. FailureMetadata, an opaque object to its users, is introduced to replace FailureStrategy in in custom Subject in order to resolve some existing flaws of FailureStrategy as well as enable new features to be added to Truth. New API is available in Truth-0.36, if there is a build/pom.xml, it's also updated to use this version. cgoldfeder	9174855a47	Remove the ofy().load() inside of HostResource.cloneProjectedAtTime ... In fact, completely eviscerate cloneProjectedAtTime (to be removed in a followup CL) in favor of doing the projection of transfers and the loading of values from the superordinate domain at call sites. This is one of the issues that blocked the memcache audit work, since the load inside of cloneProjectedAtTime could not be controlled by the caller. Michael Muller	c458c05801	Rename Java packages to use the .google TLD ... The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that ownership flows from the DNS system. Justine Tunney	5012893c1d	mv com/google/domain/registry google/registry ... This change renames directories in preparation for the great package rename.
