a4f85c33c0 Add the App Engine service used in the Action definition
Our goal is to be able to address every Action by looking at the class itself, and to make it clearer at a glance what you need to access the Action's endpoint

Currently, we can know from the @Action annotation:
- the endpoint path
- the Method needed
- the authentication level needed

This CL adds the service where the Action is hosted, which also translates to the URL.

NOTE - currently we don't have any Action hosted on multiple services. I don't think we will ever need it (since they do the same thing no matter which service they are on, so why host it twice?), but if we do we'll have to update the code to allow it.

The next step after this is to make sure all the @Parameters are defined on the Action itself, and then we will be able to craft access to the endpoint programatically (or at least verify at run-time we crafted a correct URL)

765e63e7e9 Send a plaintext link to the mapreduce console in fluent style
The link was previously being sent using a JS redirect, which doesn't work
because the endpoints that trigger mapreduces can only be hit from the command
line (because they require auth). This commit switches the link to be in
plaintext and renders the full URL instead of just the path, so that clicking it
directly from the terminal works.

This also improves how these links are sent from callsites by using a fluent
style.

580302898d Delete end-date sunrise, landrush, and sunrush phases
This also deletes the associated commands and domain application specific
entities.

We haven't used any of these TLD phases since early 2015 and have no
intent to do so in the future, so it makes sense to delete them now so we
don't have to carry them through the Registry 3.0 migration.

Note that, while there are data model changes, there should be no required
data migrations. The fields and entities being removed will simply remain
as orphans. I confirmed that the removed types (such as the SUNRUSH_ADD
GracePeriodType) are no longer used in production data, and left types
that are still used, e.g. BillingEvent.Flag.LANDRUSH or
HistoryEntry.Type.ALLOCATE.

898448b8a0 Reverse dependency between /flows/ and /batch/
Certain flows need to launch batched jobs. Logically this would mean that flows
depend on batch.

However, the current state of dependency was the other way around, and the
reason for that was ResourceFlowUtils.java that had in it some utility
functions that weren't used in the flows and were needed in the batch jobs.

This CL removes these utility functions from the /flows/ directory, letting us
reverse the dependency edge between flows/ and batch/

Part of this was moving the flows/async/ code into batch/ - which also makes sense because flows/async/ just "enqueued" tasks that would then be run by actions in batch/

It makes sense that the code that enqueues the tasks and the code that dequeues the tasks sit in the same library.

ded40851d3 Use locking on async mapreduces
This ensures that only one will run at a time, which should help fix the
clogged up mapreduces we've seen on sandbox.

In order to do this, the UnlockerOutput is introduced. This unlocks the
given Lock after all reducer shards have finished.

Also increases the lease duration of the DNS refresh action from 20 to
240 minutes. 20 minutes isn't long enough; when there's a lot of domains
and decent system load the mapreduce could take longer than that in the
ordinary case.

TESTED=Deployed to alpha and verified that more than one copy of the
mapreduce wouldn't run simultaneously, and also that the lock is
released when the mapreduce is finished.

7023b818b7 Enqueue async re-saves with additional future re-saves
Async tasks will now re-enqueue themselves after completion if there are
additional pending future actions. This allows all parts of domain delete flows
to be successfully re-saved as the parts happen, without going past the maximum
allowed 30 day task ETA limit. The first task runs at 30 days out when the
redemption grace period ends, and that task then enqueues another task to run 5
more days in the future, when the deletion is final and the pending delete
status gets removed.

No data migration plan is necessary because future resaves defaults to empty,
and indeed will always be empty on transfers. So previously enqueued tasks will
still be valid.

6f2e663b72 Add asynchronous scheduled actions to re-save entities
This is used in the domain transfer and delete flows, both of which are
asynchronous flows that have implicit default actions that will be taken at some
point in the future. This CL adds scheduled re-saves to take place soon after
those default actions would become effective, so that they can be re-saved
quickly if so.

Unfortunately the redemption grace period on our TLDs is 35 days, which exceeds
the 30 day maximum task ETA in App Engine, so these won't actually fire. That's
fine though; the deletion is actually effective as of 5 days, and this is just
removing the grace period.

9d2b1e7572 Consolidate all Set parameter parsing
Currently, we have two different ways to parse a "set" parameter:
key=value1&key=value2&key=value3...
and
keys=value1,value2,value3

This is error prone for several reasons:
- different parts of the code must be "synchronized" to use the same style (the
place that creates the request, and the place that parses the request)
- for the key=value1&key=value2, we often use the same key name for the single
value and the set value. This can result in subtle bugs where part of the
code will successfully read the key assuming there's only one key (and will
get the first key=value1, ignoring the rest)

Here we transition everything to the keys=value1,value2,value3 method. This one
was chosen because:
- it's shorter
- it's more intuitive for users
- the key name is plural, differentiating it from the singular key=value that
  other requests might need

-----------------------------------

To make sure there are not "transition issues", we will continue to support
(with warnings) the key=value1&key=value2 parameter parsing until we're sure we
haven't forgotten to update any part of the code.

33505f4df7 Make async flow logic handle missing client transaction IDs
Per EPP RFC 5730, the <clTRID> element is optional. However, we weren't handling
it not being specified in asynchronous contact/host deletions because we were
adding it directly as a parameter value on a task, which does not allow null and
thus threw a NullPointerException.

This fixes handling for nulls (the parameter isn't set at all) and adds a test.

cd9bd35a08 Accept a list of TLDs on which to delete "prober" (test) data.
Currently, DeleteProberDataAction goes over all the TLDs of type "TEST" that
end with .test, and deletes all their DomainResources and their subordinate
history entries, poll messages, billing events, ForeignKeyDomainIndex and
EppResourceIndex entities.

After this change, we can optionally supply TLDs to work on for the request using one or more "tld=" parameter. The default (if none are supplied) will still be "all TEST TLDs that end in .test".

All given TLDs must exist, and must all be of type TEST.

1790914058 Add Runnable overrides to ease use of Java 8 language features
Runnable and Callable are both @FunctionalInterfaces. The difference is
that Callable requires a return value whereas Runnable does not, so in
situations where we don't care about a return value, rather than having to
add an unnecessary 'return null;' at the end of the lambda, we can simply
use a non-returning Runnable instead.

Unfortunately, owing to legacy reasons, Runnable is not declared to throw
checked exceptions whereas Callable is, so in situations where checked
exceptions are thrown we still need to have a 'return null;' call at the
end.

fd62f4a74e Streamline transfer resolving helpers in ResourceFlowUtils
In the great flow flattening, ResourceFlowUtils grew a couple nice helpers
for rebuilding transferrable resources (Domains and Contacts) upon the
resolution of a transfer - approvePendingTransfer() and denyPendingTransfer().

Most transfer-resolving callsites use one of these two helpers, but for legacy
reasons the deletion flows (DomainDeleteFlow and DeleteContactsAndHostsAction)
were instead using the "manual" resolvePendingTransfer() method or its even more
low-level createResolvedTransferData() helper instead of denyPendingTransfer().
It's simpler to just have two options - approve and deny - so this CL inlines
createResolvedTransferData() into resolvePendingTransfer() and makes the latter
a private helper for the approve/denyPendingTransfer() public helpers.

This CL also adds sanity checks that approve/denyPendingTransfer() are called
only with the logically appropriate values of TransferStatus.

bc02b701b5 Use transaction time when cloneProjectedAtTime()-ing within transaction
It's bad practice in terms of data model consistency to use DateTime.now(UTC) for cloneProjectedAtTime() within a transactional context - instead, we should always use ofy().getTransactionTime() when it's available. The ofy transaction time is frozen at the start of the transaction attempt, whereas DateTime.now(UTC) will continue marching ahead. So using it for a cloneProjectedAtTime() could mean materializing the outcome of logical-time-dependent events (like autorenews, or transfers, or grace period expirations) at a logical time (i.e. commit log time) prior to when they should actually have occurred.

2702c3a7f3 Fix code to always set HistoryEntry modification time using txn time
Since HistoryEntry always represents a read-only log of mutation to a core resource, that mutation should always happen in a transaction, and the HistoryEntry should be saved in that transaction. As such, it's always more accurate to use ofy().getTransactionTime() for the modificationTime of the HistoryEntry rather than just DateTime.now(UTC).

In addition, having these be the exact same timestamp makes it possible to align HistoryEntries with commit log manifests using modificationTime = transactionTime, which is useful for recovery and analysis purposes.

7fb44e4f66 Parent recurring billing events under separate HistoryEntries
To log autorenews, we currently run a mapreduce daily that creates synthetic
billing events for each recurring event past its due time. These are all
parented under the original recurring event, which allows these synthetic events to incorrectly stack on the original mutating entry.

We now explicitly create a new HistoryEntry of type DOMAIN_AUTORENEW to log
autorenews alongside other mutating EPP flows. These also parent DomainTransactionRecords for the NET_RENEWS_1_YEAR field, with the reporting time equal to the billing time (which accounts for the autorenew grace period).

46f175e078 Better handle deletion of prober domains
This implements a two-part deletion process for prober domains that were
not deleted properly by the prober (which is usually caused by a transient
network failure). The first time the mapreduce is run, such domains are
soft-deleted, so that their DNS entries can be removed correctly, and then
they are hard-deleted in the subsequent run.

Currently, all domains are hard-deleted the first time this mapreduce
runs, even if they were never soft-deleted correctly, which means that
their published DNS entries won't be correctly handled.

40fa9ff022 Fix some direct uses of ForeignKey(C/H/D)Index
Mostly these are calls to ForeignKeyIndex.create() (a static method) via subclasses, which is pretty misleading in this case since the type of the return value has nothing to do with the subclass you're qualifying the static method call with (the returned type depends only on the type of the EppResource parameter).

Note however though that while the style guide indeed prohibits qualifying static member references with things other than the class name, the subclassing case is apparently not considered subject to that prohibition in general:

5047d568de Notify registrars of async contact/host deletions
We now send PendingActionNotificationResponses in our poll messages upon completion of an asynchronous contact or host deletion. This is part 1 of 2, which begins logging Trid in all enqueued Host/Contact deletion flows for use in batch deletions, and optionally consuming the resultant Trid info to emit a Host/ContactPendingActionNotifcationResponse.

Part 2 will make this response emission non-optional, which will happen once the queue is cleared of all non-Trid containing tasks.

2be31e79ef Convert DeletionRequest to use @AutoValue.Builder
It has 5 parameters, which is pushing it for a static factory method, and we're anticipating adding more for work that Larry is doing. Using a builder is preferable here since it makes it harder to accidentally mis-order the parameters (since @AutoValue's generated constructor is sensitive to parameter ordering).

9174855a47 Remove the ofy().load() inside of HostResource.cloneProjectedAtTime
In fact, completely eviscerate cloneProjectedAtTime (to be removed in
a followup CL) in favor of doing the projection of transfers and the
loading of values from the superordinate domain at call sites. This
is one of the issues that blocked the memcache audit work, since the
load inside of cloneProjectedAtTime could not be controlled by the
caller.

Note: fixed a minor bug where a subordinate host created after its superordinate domain was last transferred should have lastTransferTime==null but was previously reporting the domain's lastTransferTime.
