8a4407a9a1 Replace deprecated Mockito Matchers class
Part of the attempt to remove or suppress warnings for deprecated
API use, which will make the Gradle project usable with Intellij.

Currently in the Intellij/Gradle setup, deprecation warnings cause
Intellij build process to fail. Passing -Werror:none flags to javac\
does not have any effect.

4240be268a Check registrar existence prior to verifying access
This way the error messages are more sensible when a registrar doesn't exist
(which realistically shouldn't happen in the typical case anyway).

351eba3f6d Allow third_party/java_src/gtld/ to use :mockito2_for_third_party
In [] a change would have been made to your project that is incompatible with
your open source integration. To make sure the open source variant of your
project remains working, we have eagerly updated your open source copy to use
Mockito 2. This CL integrates that change into [].

Please read []and
understand the consequences of this change.

da5a8796b8 Allow XSRF to be sent as POST parameter in addition to HTML header
HTML headers can only be sent via JS, we need this change to allow
secure POST form submission.

The form itself will have a hidden "input" tag with the XSRF token in it. This
is how other framework do it as well - see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-site_request_forgery#Synchronizer_token_pattern

This is in preparation for the OT&E setup page, which will be a simple form
with a "submit" button, so using JS for it is overkill.

1004ef5621 Allow unsetting of the support email group, disabling "support users"
In addition to just making good sense to not have support group for some
environments (local? unittest? crash?) - connecting with G Suit requires
additional permissions that are harder to find.

Specifically, it requires the Json Credentials that just aren't set in the
Dummy Keyring used on some environments.

So we make sure to not even *try* to create the credentials if the support
email isn't set

19b7a7b3ec Allow only OWNERs to change owner-related data on registrar console
The console will have 2 different "updatable things":
- only ADMINs (GAE-admins and users in the support G-Suite group) can change the things in the "admin settings" tab (currently just the allowed TLDs)
- only OWNERs can change things from the other tabs: WHOIS info, certificates, whitelisted IPs, contacts etc.

Also, all ADMINs are now OWNERS of "non-REAL" registrars. Meaning - we're only
preventing ADMINs from editing "REAL" registrars (usually in production).

Specifically, OTE registrars on sandbox are NOT "REAL", meaning ADMINS will
still be able to update them.

This only changes the backend (registrar-settings endpoint). As-is, the console
website will still make ADMINs *think* they can change everything, but if they
try - they will get an error.

Changing the frontend will happen in the next CL - because I want to get this
out this release cycle and getting JS reviewed takes a long time :(

TESTED=deployed to alpha, and saw I can't update fields even as admin on REAL
registrars, but could change it on non-REAL registrars. Also checked that I can
update the allowed TLDs on REAL registrars

6586460f3e Move AuthenticatedRegistrarAccessor to request/auth/
It is starting to be used in more places than just ur/server/registrar. Even now it's used in the RDAP, and we are going to start using it for the registrar-xhr endpoint meaning it will be used in EPP flows as well.

Also logically - this is part of the request authentication.

While moving - we also refactor it to make it easier to use in tests. Instead of mocking, we will be able to create instances with arbitrary roles.

03c782f38e Replace ExceptionRule with ExpectedException
This is in preparation for running the automatic refactoring script that
will replace all ExpectedExceptions with use of JUnit 4.13's assertThrows/
expectThrows.

Note that I have recorded the callsites of assertions about EppExceptions
being marshallable and will edit those specific assertions back in after
running the automatic refactoring script (which do not understand these).

b825a2b5a8 Get rid of custom ExceptionRule methods
The only remaining methods on ExceptionRule after this are methods that
also exist on ExpectedException, which will allow us to, in the next CL,
swap out the one for the other and then run the automated refactoring to
turn it all into assertThrows/expectThrows.

Note that there were some assertions about root causes that couldn't
easily be turned into ExpectedException invocations, so I simply
converted them directly to usages of assertThrows/expectThrows.

c0f8da0c6e Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals
This was a surprisingly involved change. Some of the difficulties included
java.util.Optional purposely not being Serializable (so I had to move a
few Optionals in mapreduce classes to @Nullable) and having to add the Truth
Java8 extension library for assertion support.

e224a67eda Change @Auth to an AutoValue, and created a set of predefined Auths
We want to be safer and more explicit about the authentication needed by the many actions that exist.

As such, we make the 'auth' parameter required in @Action (so it's always clear who can run a specific action) and we replace the @Auth with an enum so that only pre-approved configurations that are aptly named and documented can be used.

2353bcd8c5 Cut over to generating new HMAC-based XSRF tokens
This is the second step of migrating to our new XSRF token format. The
first step ([] made validate() start accepting new tokens
(basically, dual-read). This step cuts over our "writing" to write the
new token format. The third and final step will drop support for
validating the old token format (back to single-read). We'll do that
in a subsequent push so that we don't invalidate all the current XSRF
tokens that people might have in their browsers.

2e969d6ed1 Change XsrfTokenManager to support new HMAC token format
This follows up on Brian's work to transition not just to a new format
with an empty scope value, but instead to replace the existing format
entirely with a new one that:

  1) includes a version number to support future format migrations
  2) doesn't include a field for the scope at all, since scoping the
tokens adds no real security benefit and just makes verification
     more difficult
  3) replaces the raw SHA-256 hash with a SHA-256 HMAC instead, as a
best practice to avoid length-extension attacks [1], even though
in our particular case they would only be able to extend the
timestamp and would thus be relatively innocuous

The new format will be produced by calling generateToken(), and the
scope-accepting version is renamed to generateLegacyToken() in addition
to its existing deprecation, for maximum clarity.

I changed the validateToken() logic to stop accepting a scope entirely;
when validating a legacy-style token, we'll test it against the two
existing legacy scope values ("admin" and "console") and accept it if
it matches either one.

Note that this means the xsrfScope parameter in @Action is now wholly
obsolete; I'll remove it in a follow-up to avoid bringing extra files
into this CL.

After this CL hits production, the next one will replace all calls to
generateLegacyToken() with generateToken(). Once that CL is deployed,
the last step will be removing the legacy fallback in validateToken().
