This should have been deleted in [] when the underlying entity was
deleted, but it was missed. It's been a no-op since then. This is just cleanup.

This eliminates the use of Objectify polymorphism for EPP resources entirely
(yay!), which makes the Registry 3.0 database migration easier.
It is unfortunate that the naming parallelism of EppResources is lost between
ContactResource, HostResource, and DomainResource, but the actual type as far as
Datastore was concerned was DomainBase all along, and it would be a much more
substantial data migration to allow us to continue using the class name
DomainResource now that we're no longer using Objectify polymorphism. This
simply isn't worth it.
This also removes the polymorphic Datastore indexes (which will no longer
function as of this change). The non-polymorphic replacement indexes were added
in []

These indxes do not include the ^i field like the current ones do.
We'll need these so that we can properly index into the DomainBase entities once
DomainResource is merged into them (which will cause us to lose the value of the
^i field).
The migration plan is to push next week's release with these new indexes, then
run the re-save all EPP resources action to populate them, and then eventually
remove the ^i versions of the indexes, retaining only these newly added ones,
once the DomainBase/DomainResource merge is accomplished.
TESTED=Deployed to alpha, ran the re-save all EPP resources mapreduce, and
verified that the new indexes were populated.

As previously written, it loaded up all history entries into memory and then
processed them. This was OOMing for some registrars on sandbox who had performed
a large number of testing actions, most of them long OT&E was passed.
This commit changes the verify OT&E action to stream the history entries in
batches, ordered by when they were made, and then terminates once all tests have
passed. This prevents OOMing because only a single batch of history entries need
reside in memory at once.
This does necessitate the creation of a new composite Datastore index on
HistoryEntry, so we'll need to run the ResaveAllHistoryEntriesAction in sandbox
after this change is deployed before the new verify OT&E code will work.
Note that the "history viewer" is long dead, but that the pre-existing index
on HistoryEntries is still used for many other purposes.

This allows list_domains to continue working for large TLDs.
TESTED=Deploys to alpha and it works to list the most recently created domains even
on a TLD with a huge number of domains on it (much more than .app has currently).

I am not happy that another index is required, but the Pantheon console shows that domain indexes are much smaller than the other indexes (because there are fewer domains), so it's not adding an appreciable amount of storage space.

This CL adds the functionality for domain searches. Entities and nameservers have already been handled by previous CLs.
Deleted items can only be seen by admins, and by registrars viewing their own deleted items.

RDAP searches for contacts with a specific desired registrar need an additional
index term. The tests were not extensive enough to catch this particular case.

It is important to get at least this one commit in before the public Nomulus
release so that none of our public users will have to go through this data
migration (although we will have to).
The migration strategy is as follows:
1. Dual-write to non-ReferenceUnion fields in addition to the current
ReferenceUnion fields in use, and add new indexes (this commit). Deploy.
2. Run the ResaveAllEppResourcesAction backfill [].
3. Switch all code over to using the new fields. Dual-write is still in effect,
except it is now copying over the values of the new fields to the old
fields. Switch over all BigQuery reporting scripts to use the new
fields. Deploy.
4. Remove all of the old code and indexes. Deploy.
5. (Optional, at our leisure) Re-run the ResaveAllEppResourcesAction backfill
[] to delete the old obsolete fields.
Note that this migration strategy is rollback-safe at every step -- new data is
not read until it has already been written out in the previous step, and old
data is not removed immediately following a step in which it was still being
read, so the previous step is safe to roll back to.

This change renames directories in preparation for the great package
rename. The repository is now in a broken state because the code
itself hasn't been updated. However this should ensure that git
correctly preserves history for each file.
