mcilwain	c0f8da0c6e	Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals ... This was a surprisingly involved change. mcilwain	b5cf58bf2c	Add initial implementation of YAML config file ... This implements the basic framework that allows global YAML configuration, per-environment custom configuration, and unit- test-specific configuration.
