mcilwain	c0f8da0c6e	Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals ... This was a surprisingly involved change. nickfelt	5081d780dc	Add assertTldsExist(Iterable<String>) to check multiple TLDs at once ... This is better than calling assertTldExists() inside a for loop because you can throw a single exception reporting all bad TLDs at once rather than only getting as far as the first failure. mcilwain	9f142c6767	Remove the util package's dependency on the config package ... This allows us to use util methods from within config, which is a useful thing to be able to do for, e.g., being able to log errors while loading configuration. Michael Muller	c458c05801	Rename Java packages to use the .google TLD ... The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that ownership flows from the DNS system. Justine Tunney	5012893c1d	mv com/google/domain/registry google/registry ... This change renames directories in preparation for the great package rename.
