Greg Shikhman	1ba739a6b6	Refactor DnsWriter into the model package ... This is one of several CLs in order to support per-TLD DnsWriter implementations, modeled on the work done for PremiumPricingEngine. Michael Muller	c458c05801	Rename Java packages to use the .google TLD ... The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that ownership flows from the DNS system.
