3812c2ceda Use -dot- subdomain notation in MapReduce console links
appspot.com is not provisioned with a multi-level wildcard SSL certificate, so
URLs of the form https://service.projectid.appspot.com/path need to be rewritten
as https://service-dot-projectid.appspot.com/path (and same for version names).

This is a follow-up to []

765e63e7e9 Send a plaintext link to the mapreduce console in fluent style
The link was previously being sent using a JS redirect, which doesn't work
because the endpoints that trigger mapreduces can only be hit from the command
line (because they require auth). This commit switches the link to be in
plaintext and renders the full URL instead of just the path, so that clicking it
directly from the terminal works.

This also improves how these links are sent from callsites by using a fluent
style.

580302898d Delete end-date sunrise, landrush, and sunrush phases
This also deletes the associated commands and domain application specific
entities.

We haven't used any of these TLD phases since early 2015 and have no
intent to do so in the future, so it makes sense to delete them now so we
don't have to carry them through the Registry 3.0 migration.

Note that, while there are data model changes, there should be no required
data migrations. The fields and entities being removed will simply remain
as orphans. I confirmed that the removed types (such as the SUNRUSH_ADD
GracePeriodType) are no longer used in production data, and left types
that are still used, e.g. BillingEvent.Flag.LANDRUSH or
HistoryEntry.Type.ALLOCATE.

9436ce6f0e Introduce simplified Default credential provision
As the first step in credential consolidation, we replace
injection of application default credential in for KMS and
Drive.

Tests:
- for Drive, tested with exportDomainLists and exportReservedTerms.
- For KMS, used CLI commands (get_keyring_secret and update_kms_keyring) to change and
  restore secret for one key.

ebce333d5b Export registered domains to drive folder
The export happens in a reducer, whois instance fields all need to be serializable. The DriveConnection is therefore installed as a class variable that can be replaced with a mock during test. Class variables are not serialized. Only fields related to a particular instance are.

Note that DriveConnection is a misnomer. It is not a connection at all. It is just a thin wrapper class around the Drive service class, which provides convenient methods to write into Drive. Regardless, it cannot be serialized.

c0f8da0c6e Switch from Guava Optionals to Java 8 Optionals
This was a surprisingly involved change. Some of the difficulties included
java.util.Optional purposely not being Serializable (so I had to move a
few Optionals in mapreduce classes to @Nullable) and having to add the Truth
Java8 extension library for assertion support.

f3a0b78145 Move thrown.expect() right before the throwing statement
aka regexing for fun and profit.

This also makes sure that there are no statements after the
throwing statement, since these would be dead code. There
were a surprising number of places with assertions after
the throw, and none of these are actually triggered in tests
ever. When I found these, I replaced them with try/catch/rethrow
which makes the assertions actually happen:

before:

// This is the ExceptionRule that checks EppException marshaling
thrown.expect(FooException.class);
doThrowingThing();
assertSomething();  // Dead code!

after:

try {
  doThrowingThing();
  assertWithMessage("...").fail();
} catch (FooException e) {
  assertSomething();
  // For EppExceptions:
  assertAboutEppExceptins().that(e).marshalsToXml();
}

To make this work, I added EppExceptionSubject.

222ccd912a Centralize creation of MapreduceRunner in unit tests
This also changes the default number of mapper shards in tests to 2, which is
the number of EppResourceIndex buckets in unit tests. Running more shards than
there are buckets causes unnecessary test load.

c458c05801 Rename Java packages to use the .google TLD
The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that
ownership flows from the DNS system. Since we own the domain name
registry.google, it seems only appropriate that we should use
google.registry as our package name.

5012893c1d mv com/google/domain/registry google/registry
This change renames directories in preparation for the great package
rename. The repository is now in a broken state because the code
itself hasn't been updated. However this should ensure that git
correctly preserves history for each file.
