mountford	2b7f78db98	Change registrar console login code in preparation for removing requireLogin ... We are going to remove the requireLogin attribute from the action attribute, because it is specific to the UserService API. Michael Muller	c458c05801	Rename Java packages to use the .google TLD ... The dark lord Gosling designed the Java package naming system so that ownership flows from the DNS system.
