Delete duplicate MR inputs files
This is cleanup from [] -- when I set up the hint, these files were recreated inadvertently. All other code is already fixed to use the classes in []/inputs. ------------- Created by MOE: https://github.com/google/moe MOE_MIGRATED_REVID=117270147
