Consolidate wildcarded domain_create_response testdata XMLs
This is a follow-up to [] It also removes a couple of the doSuccessfulTest() overloads (having that many was overkill), and statically imports a few constants for line length reasons. ------------- Created by MOE: https://github.com/google/moe MOE_MIGRATED_REVID=204971899
